so happy

i'm sorry it has been so long. these past few weeks have been stressful but i am not letting it get to me. i had zero hours at recollections for 2 weeks and now i have 26!! EEEEK! not to mention the other job i have at the law office. this week is going to be so stressful! so much homework, so little time. BUT i just found one of my favorite songs ever that we sang at UTA's baptist student ministries night. It is called Marvelous Light by Chris Tomlin :):):):):) i LOVE it! AND i am getting baptized this sunday! i am SOO excited about that as well. praise the Lord!! :) however, i dont' think i am going to continue to do this blog bc i don't think anyone reads it. lol! JP, i really think it is just you. haha. i'm a loser. duces.

clean clothes

today was another fun filled day with my grandma Bessie, haha. you just have to know her to understand how funny that sentence is. but she is the best grandma i could ever ask for. Lindsey and i currently have a dryer, no washer. we always washed our clothes elsewhere and brought back wet clothes to our apartmet. now, keep in mind how heavy wet clothes are. now that we live on the 3RD FLOOR (ugh) its gets even harder. so, today my grandma bought us a WASHER!!! thats right, a WASHER! i don't think anyone will ever understand how exciting this is for us. i also went to ulta today and bought all new hair stuff that one of my friends recommended to me and i LOVE it. now, i am going to Fort Worth with my momma to an art gallery and then to dinner with Eric. i should be at work bc they are short handed and all they have is a manager and a new girl. but really, why hire someone if they don't know how to use a computer and move about as fast as a freaking slug. WHY? so i refused to go in today and spend the rest of my glorious day off with some of my favorite people. :)

staples staples staples

i am currently sitting at work being bored out of my mind. i have been scanning cases into the computer for the past 3 hours and still have 2 to go. but, i have officially given myself the title of a "Professional Staple Puller-outer". so if anyone needs some staples taken out (of paper) please, call me. i charge $9/hour and will get the job done perfectly. the end. oh, and i am also the expert at unjamming the copier. again, if you need those services i charge $9/hour. :)

i'm back!

WE HAVE INTERNET!!!! i'm sorry i haven't been posting lately, our internet is gay and hasn't been working. or, i just don't know how to hook it up right. well, lindsey and i are all moved in and our apartment is FABULOUS! school started last week and i think it is going to be a very good semester. i am taking a deaf culture class and am loving it, and lindsey and i are taking a history class together. maybe we can pull out a B...MAYBE. both of us are horrible at history so we will see how that turns out. luckily we have a really good prof. i will post pictures of our apt later tonight or tomorrow :) duces.

well, lindsey and i are moving in! we have most of our stuff in the new apt already. its is SOOOOO pretty! i will have pictures up shortly. but for now i must go to work at "reflections". damn crops! JP is the MOD tonight though so all is good! praaaaaaaaaaise the Lord! :)

WE GOT THE APARTMENT!!!!! yes that is right, lindsey and i will have a place to live in 9 days :) praise the Lord! today was my first day at the law office and i love it! i don't have to talk to anyone and it is wonderful. i am waiting for something to go wrong though because so far it is just too good to be true. that is all :)
